For me, being a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner isn’t just about treating symptoms—it’s about transforming lives and creating a lasting impact for my family and the women I serve.
When I first started in medicine over 30 years ago, I believed in the traditional system. But after surviving cancer in my 20s and struggling for years with hormonal imbalances that conventional medicine ignored, I knew there had to be a better way. I refused to accept that medications were the only solution, and I set out to find real answers—not just for myself, but for every woman who's been told, “everything looks normal,” while feeling anything but.
Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of women to uncover the root causes of their fatigue, weight struggles, and hormone imbalances. I know what it’s like to feel unheard, dismissed, and trapped in a body that doesn’t feel like your own. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to functional medicine, using advanced testing, nutrition, and targeted solutions to help women reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality.
This approach has been battle-tested over decades and proven to work for women just like you—women who are done guessing, done suffering, and ready to take back control of their health.
And the best part? I’ve been able to help others heal while creating a life of freedom and purpose, surrounded by the people I love. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
